50-Year-Old Nashville Man Attacked for Wearing MAGA-Style Cap

How many times have I said people are literally taking their life into their hands when they advertise they are a Donald Trump supporter?

Daniel Sprague is the latest victim and he was punched in the face simply for wearing a hat.

Birthday Celebration Ruined

Sprague was at The Stage Bar on Broadway in Nashville.

His wife had given him a hat that said: “Make 50 Great Again.”

This was a clear wordplay on Trump’s MAGA slogan.

While most people thought it was a great idea by his wife, one woman did not take so kindly to the birthday present.

Sprague stated, “People were just coming up to me and, you know, just loving the little wordplay on the hat and taking pictures and wishing me happy birthday.”

Then, the angry liberal showed up.

Sprague stated, “At one point. a female came up from behind me, spun me around, and punched me in the face and then grabbed my hat off my head and was just yelling, ‘How dare you.'”

Sprague figured the woman either had on a ring or had car keys in her hand when she hit him because she gashed his face deep enough to leave a significant cut after the altercation, with blood streaming down his face.

Sprague, by the way, is a retired police officer.

Just Be Careful

This should serve as a wakeup call for every Trump supporter that you just never know where the attack is going to come from.

By all means, continue to wear your gear, but also be very aware of your surroundings.

That red hat triggers snowflakes to no end and if they can take a shot, they will, so just be ready for it.
