Well, Texas, your military bases are about to get turned into housing units for migrant children.
It was announced this week that Fort Bliss is about to play home for 5,000 illegal immigrant children.
The situation at the border is now completely out of hand, with Joe Biden now utilizing military bases to house these unaccompanied minors.
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), who is leading a delegation of Senators to the border today, stated, “It is not humane and we’re going down there to shine a light on the human lives, the tragedy of the failed Biden immigration policies and the Biden border crisis.”
Kamala Harris responded, “While we are clear people should not come to the border now, we also understand that we will enforce the law and that we also, because we can chew gum and walk at the same time, must address the root causes.”
That, of course, is a lie, because they are not enforcing the law, quite the opposite, actually.
They are not only letting these illegals into the country, they are releasing them into many local communities.
And, now, our military bases are turning into babysitting stations.
John Francis Kirby the Pentagon press secretary, stated, “The care of these children will be under the care of Health and Human Services not the military.
“The military’s role was to provide the site and as I said there may be some contracting support that we offer, again we haven’t worked our way through that, but it’s not to provide for care or supervision of the children.”
