Rep. Gaetz Destroys So-Called ‘Expert’ Witness

The hearings held by the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday were a complete debacle.

Of the four witnesses called, three of them have a proven history of being anti-Trump.

With there being thousands of credible constitutional experts in this country, Democrats decided to choose the three people that have openly railed against Trump from day one.

For those viewers that did not already know just how biased the panel was, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) used some of his five minutes to obliterate not only the so-called expert witness he was questioning but also the entire proceeding as a travesty…

More Harm Than Good

Honestly, I am not sure what Democrats were hoping to achieve with this panel.

Several of the stations giving live coverage to the hearings broke coverage because the numbers were so bad.

For those that did stay tuned, they got to see what Democrats consider to be a credible “expert” witness.

The witness you saw Gaetz destroying in that clip, had only minutes before made an inappropriate joke invoking Barron Trump…

As we reported earlier today, she was slammed on social media, including a harsh tweet by the First Lady.

While she was supposed to be impartial, listen to these comments she made prior as a speaker at conference….

Now does that sound like someone that should be sitting on a panel as an impartial expert witness?

Another witness that was called, Noah Feldman, did an op-ed against Trump in March 2017 for Bloomberg News.

Yes, the same news agency that recently stated it will not report negatively about Democrats and that also happens to be owned by Democrat presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg.

Democrats are proving two things with these hearings, and neither of them are the intended purpose.

First, they are proving they really have no case for impeachment.

Second, they are showing how corrupt and dishonest our entire political system is right now and that we, as voters, need to make some serious changes to our representation in D.C.
