Does anyone even realize we have a presidential candidate with a deadbeat dad for a son?
That would be Hunter Biden, who is now in danger of being held in contempt for refusing to turn over financial documents in his child support hearing with former D.C. stripper and Arkansas-native Lunden Alexis Roberts.
Excuses, Excuses
Hunter allegedly doesn’t want to turn over his financials out of fear of how they will be used against his father in the election.
One… if that does not raise some red flags, what will?
Two… documents in these cases are sealed and only available to the attorneys and presiding judge, so unless they are leaked by one of those individuals, nobody will ever see them.
According to reports, contempt charged had been delayed so Hunter could produce the documents, but he is still unwilling.
New Judge, New Attitude
The original presiding judge in the case was Judge McSpadden.
After telling Hunter Biden he would have to produce “at least three years of tax returns,” he suddenly recused himself from the case.
The new judge, Holly Meyer, does not seem willing to give Hunter any leeway on this issue.
During a recent hearing, Judge Meyer state that Hunter’s conduct is both “willful and contentious.”
With a new judge in place, Roberts’ attorney made a filing stating that Hunter Biden “continues to act as though he has no respect for this Court, its orders, the legal process in this state, or the needs of his child for support”
The filing further asked that the court “should take some action that will make the defendant follow court orders and a believer in the rule of law.”
Ironically, Hunter Biden has been ordered to make a personal appearance before the judge on March 13, which just happens to be a Friday.
Hunter has also been scheduled to appear for a deposition tomorrow, March 11, of which the judge stated, “He needs to make himself available unless his hair is on fire.”
While it has not been yet, it is only a matter of time before people latch onto the narrative that we have our first-ever presidential candidate that has a deadbeat dad for a son.
Based on how Joe Biden reacted to being called out on the Second Amendment today in Detroit, anyone making this allegation against Biden can probably expect to get into a fistfight with Joe.
