Some of the biggest attacks Democrats have levied against Amy Coney Barrett have been regarding the future of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Barrett has knocked them all out of the park, but her best answer so far during the confirmation hearing came when Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA) was questioning Barrett.
Her answer even put a smile on the face of Feinstein, who stated, “Thank you, that’s quite a definition, I’m really impressed. Thank you.”
With numerous liberal media pundits and Democrats now openly paying Barrett compliments, it is going to be very hard for any measures taken by Democrats to block her nomination to be interpreted as anything more than a political stunt by Americans.
If Republicans take this to a vote before the election, Dems may very well be putting a significant number of their down-ballot candidates at risk by either pulling a political stunt, as Senator Schumer (D-N.Y.) has suggested, or even by voting no.
