Joe Biden is clearly getting direction on what to do and when to do it.
This became painfully obvious as Biden was passing by a Marine guard.
As Biden is passing by the Marines, it seems as though someone was telling him to “salute the Marines” as he walked by.
Biden, instead of saluting the Marines, just reiterated whatever was being sent to his earpiece…
