Bloomberg Is Out, Immediately Fights to Defeat Sanders

Late Tuesday night, Michael Bloomberg took the stage at his Florida HQ to tell his supporters he was in it to win it.

About 12 hours later, he dropped out.

What a Waste

Both Tom Steyer and Michael Bloomberg are billionaire candidates that were in this race for the purpose of stroking their egos.

Between the two of them, they spent at least three-quarters of a billion dollars.

With all the problems we have in this country regarding homelessness and our veterans, they chose to walk over to the toilet and drop money that would have done a lot of good right down the toilet.

Earlier today, I tweeted about this very subject…

Even though Bloomberg has always stated he never expected to win a majority and was counting on winning a brokered convention, he uses that very argument to defend dropping out.

He stated, “I’m a believer in using data to inform decisions.

“After yesterday’s results, the delegate math has become virtually impossible – and a viable path to the nomination no longer exists.

“But I remain clear-eyed about my overriding objective: victory in November.”

Getting Behind Joe

The Democrat establishment seemed as though it was sitting on the sidelines throughout this entire election just waiting for Biden to prove to them that he could win something, anything, before backing him.

Well, last weekend he captured South Carolina and people could not jump on his bandwagon quick enough.

Several candidates dropped out, all backing Biden.

In the case of Klobuchar, it enabled Biden to carry Minnesota over Sanders who had Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) standing on his team.

These were important endorsements, and Biden just got another one in Michael Bloomberg specifically to help Biden keep Sanders away from the nomination.

He stated, “I’ve known Joe for a very long time.

“I know his decency, his honesty, and his commitment to the issues that are so important to our country – including gun safety, health care, climate change, and good jobs.”

This immediately solves Joe Biden’s money problems because while there are campaign limitations, Bloomberg can start SuperPACs and throw all the money at Joe Biden he wants and he is going to throw a ton at him, you can believe that.

Biden has already welcomed the support with open arms…

President Trump seems ready for the fight, tweeting…

Welcome to 2020, patriots, where Dems try to buy the White House.
