Democrats are setting themselves up to look like Nazi Germany in the eyes of the American people.
After Rep. Steve Cohen’s (D-TN) failed KFC stunt last week, he is now promoting charging Attorney General Barr with “inherent contempt.”

Democrats are continuing to say Barr lied during his Senate hearing, something he flat out did not do.
Facts are being twisted seven ways to Sunday, however, to make the Democrat case.
What is worse is the fact the media is buying into it and not actually reporting the truth.
After the atrocious Senate hearing, Barr decided Rep. Nadler’s request to have staff members questions him was simply unacceptable.
Keep in mind, history is on the side of Barr here, as we cannot find a single instance where cabinet members of a sitting administration were questioned by anyone other than members of Congress when called before a committee.
When Barr refused to show up to the House Judiciary Committee hearing, Rep. Steve Cohen started to push the narrative Barr was too “chicken” to show up.
He even brought a bucket of KFC and a chicken statue for props, neither of which went over very well with the public.
All he did was prove to the American people Democrats are actually a bunch of clowns in suits.
He and the party were more concerned with getting a few chuckles than actually conducting serious business.
Now, however, Cohen has decided to get serious by using a tactic that has not been used in almost eight decades.
Cohen wants to charge Barr with inherent contempt.
Facing Contempt Charges
When charging someone with contempt, there are three options:
- Criminal contempt
- Civil contempt
- Inherent contempt
Inherent contempt is the most extreme of the three.
Slapping Barr with this charge would literally enable Barr to be drug in front of the committee, by force if necessary, and remain there until he told them what they wanted to hear.
This is the Democrat party of 2016.
If we can’t beat you by the rules, we will beat you with force and violence. Let’s just change the rules to fit our game rather than play by the rules of the game.
Cohen stated, “I think they will stonewall at all costs.”
He further stated that this situation “leaves us no other alternative than to have our Sergeant at Arms bring him in.
“He is being utterly contemptuous of Congress.
“He lied to Congress.”
Keep in mind, about 24 hours prior Cohen had a piece of fried chicken in his hands, yucking it for the media in the House Judiciary hearing room.
According to the most recent reports, Judiciary Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) today scheduled a vote for later in the week to decide if the committee is going to hold Barr in contempt or not.
