Remember several weeks ago when BLM and ANTIFA protesters surrounded Senator Paul and his wife?
Thankfully, in that situation, the police did what was right and escorted the Senator and his wife to safety.
However, when that same courtesy was needed for Trump supporters, the D.C. police apparently forgot where their paychecks come from.
Over the weekend, numerous Trump supporters were forced to walk through a gauntlet of ANTIFA and BLM protesters to get out of the area, with no help whatsoever from the police.
In fact, it was the police that refused to allow them to take an alternative route, putting them all at risk…

So, I guess that unless you are a powerful politician that can make their lives miserable, the D.C. police don’t consider you to be important enough to protect.
Instead, they would rather feed the people fighting for their very existence to those shouting “defund the police” in the middle of the street.
