In a major blow to women’s sports, the DOJ has made a rather “woke” move.
The Department of Justice has decided to withdraw its support for a case challenging transgenders being able to compete in women’s sports.
The really interesting thing here is that it was John Durham, yes, THAT John Durham, that made the announcement.
Men Competing Against Women is Fair?
The initial challenge was levied when Donald Trump was in office.
Joe Biden stated that he would not interfere in DOJ business, but we all know where this order came from.
Suddenly, the DOJ, in John Durham’s words, “has reconsidered the matter.”
What is there to reconsider?
We have all seen how even average male athletes that transition absolutely dominate women’s sports.
It is bad enough at the pro level, but my personal concern is at the high school and collegiate level, where scholarships will clearly be lost if this policy is not challenged.
Legal counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom, Christiana Holcomb, stated, “Girls deserve to compete on a level playing field. Forcing female athletes to compete against boys is grossly unfair and destroys their athletic opportunities.”
A female athlete charging discrimination, Selena Soule, stated, “Now when we line up in front of our blocks, and the starter calls us to get into position, we all know how the race will end. We can’t win.”

About John Durham
The concern raised in this issue is two-fold.
The obvious is discussed above but I am just as concerned that U.S. Attorney John Durham was the one to make this announcement.
He failed to deliver his report on the origins of the Russian collusion probe before the election and if this is any sign of what he will do with Biden in charge, we will either never see the report or it will be tempered down so as not to upset Joe Biden and the current powers that be.
The fact that Durham cowered to this new administration already shows he is in this to protect his career rather than to deliver justice.
Again, I wish I had been wrong about Durham all along, but from Day One of that probe, I called it a pig with lipstick and that is all it will ever be, and now Durham has proven he is just another member of the swamp.
He should be ashamed of himself.
