Robert Mueller embarrassed both himself and Democrats with his testimony before two House committees today.
It became so painfully obvious Mueller had little to do with the actual report, Trump Jr. decided to fire off a tweet wondering if Mueller even knew his own name…

The Gaffe of All Gaffes
Everyone on the planet knows what Fusion GPS is at this point.
Certainly, Robert Mueller should know who the company is.
When asked about the company that hired Steele to complete the dossier, Mueller stated he was not familiar with Fusion GPS.
Trump Jr. lit him up again, wondering how he could possibly make that statement given the depth and cost of this investigation…
How can anyone credibly say they investigated something without looking at any of the origins of the entire thing… it’s dumbfounding.

Disaster
Keep in mind, Democrats were the ones that called for Mueller to testify.
Several high-ranking Dems, including Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), were touting this testimony for days leading up to it as testimony that was going to bury Trump and justify their calls for impeachment.
It ended up, though, doing the complete opposite.
Mueller’s Staff
The one thing we did learn is that Mueller probably had very little do with the actual report or the statements that were made after Barr’s assessment of the report.
It seems obvious, at least to me, that Mueller referred to the report rather than answer simply because he was not really familiar with what the report said.
It was almost as though he never ever read it, let alone write it.
I will be the first to admit that his testimony was very surprising.
It was a far cry from the Robert Mueller of old during his days with the FBI and far below his reputation as someone that is a ferocious interrogator as well as someone that is painstakingly prepared for trial.
Two words would describe this day for Democrats and Mueller… Epic Fail.
