House Impeachment Bid Fails

The latest attempt by Rep. Al Green (D-TX) to unseat President Trump via impeachment has been quashed.

Late Wednesday, the House voted to table Green’s impeachment resolution with an overwhelming vote of 332-95.

What Happens Now?

In essence, this will kill the impeachment talk, at least for now.

Rep. Green, however, is latching onto the idea that there is hope, considering 66 voted in favor of the measure the last time he put it on the floor.

Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), however, seems adamant she wants the committees to do their thing and go that route rather than push impeachment while Republicans still control the Senate.

Until Pelosi, along with the rest of the Democrat leadership, gets on board with impeaching Trump, this measure is destined to fail.

Needless to say, President Trump was happy this has finally been dealt with and that he will be able to put it behind him…

The Problem for Dems

As it stands, the Democrats are saying that President Trump took help from the Russians to win the 2016 presidential election.

Not long after Trump won the election, the Dems also added the narrative that Trump is a racist.

Nancy Pelosi even had a measure passed on the floor this week to deem some of Trump’s tweets as racist comments, even though there was not a shred of racism in the tweets.

Of course, Dems overwhelmingly voted in favor of the measure.

In addition to all of that, The Squad recently tagged Trump as a fascist.

Even with all of that, though, Democrats are not ready to impeach.

Rest assured, if any of that were true, I would be at the head of the line demanding his removal from office, but that is clearly not the case.

This is the game Dems play…

They make accusation after accusation, yet the only movement they want to make is via committees where the deck is stacked in their favor.

The problem, though, is Americans, even some liberals, are all catching on to this game and it is hurting the party across the board in polls.

Trump’s approval rating keeps climbing and just as they did in 2016, the Dems are bringing more and more disenfranchised voters out to support Trump.
