Huge Victory for Trump on California Supreme Court

One way Democrats were trying to win this 2020 election is by outright blocking Trump from being on the ballot.

Democrats in several states have put legislation on the books that would require Trump to release his tax returns in order to be on the state ballot.

California’s efforts to do this were blocked today by the California Supreme Court.

Sorry Dems

Not only did the ruling come down in favor of Trump, but it was also delivered swiftly and unanimously.

Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye stated the new legislation that was penned specifically with Donald Trump in mind “is in conflict with the Constitution’s specification of an inclusive open presidential primary ballot.”

The decision was reached only 15 days after the court heard arguments.

Have to Win Fair and Square

California was not the only state to put this type of legislation into play, but it was the first state to be openly challenged in court.

The legislation is so blatant even California liberals on the court saw it as unfair, which is truly remarkable.

Liberals act as though Trump is violating some type of law by not disclosing his financials, but there is no such law in place.

While it has been a tradition for decades for candidates to do this, that is all it is, tradition.

We have never seen a candidate like Trump before in terms of his wealth, so it is no surprise that he would like to keep his financials confidential.

If he had done something illegal, we would have already known about it through the IRS.

This was just a tactic Democrats wanted to use to call out Trump if he took advantage of certain tax laws to pay fewer taxes, exactly what every American does when it comes to writing a check to the IRS at the end of the year.

On a side note, President Trump stated earlier today that he was going to release his financial data prior to the elections anyway.

He stated, “I’m clean, and when I release my financial statement (my decision) sometime prior to election, it will only show one thing – that I am much richer than people even thought – And that is a good thing.”
