For weeks now, I have been writing here on SPN and on the Conservative Journal Review about how a delayed election result could be the actual plan for Democrats to take over the White House, if even for a few days.
While I have fielded my fair share of conspiracy theory accusations over this position, Fox News’ Judge Napolitano just confirmed our worst fears.

Our Constitution mandates that come January 20, 2021, the term of the current sitting president concludes.
If there is no winner declared by the electoral college, due to an unfinalized presidential election, the Speaker of the House would temporarily assume that role until the election has been finalized.
If the electoral college fails to declare a winner, then there are processes in place, which Napolitano explains, that will eventually elect a president, possibly even tossing the vote altogether.
Assuming Dems hold the House and assuming that Pelosi wins her election and maintains the speakership, that would put her in the Oval Office until a new president is officially declared.
