Joe Biden has been a little cranky out on the campaign trail lately, and this may be the reason why.
Senator Lindsey Graham recently revealed he sent a letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to initiate an investigation into none other than the twice-failed presidential candidate and the father of deadbeat dad Hunter, Joe Biden.
Let’s Talk About Burisma
Right now, we all want to know what went down with Burisma.
It was not long ago Joe Biden was bragging about having a prosecutor fired that had opened the investigation into Burisma.
This, of course, is the company where his son was being paid upwards of $50k per month to sit on a board.
For those of you sleeping under a rock that last few weeks, Burisma is one of the biggest energy companies in Ukraine and it is about as corrupt as can be.
Hunter Biden somehow secured a board position even though he did not have a home in Ukraine, did not speak the language, and knew nothing about the energy sector.
What he did have, however, was the last name of Biden and a father that was the point man in Ukraine for the Obama administration.
About Those Calls, Joe…
Graham wants to get more information about phone calls that took place between Joe Biden when he was Vice President and the President of Ukraine at the time to see if there was anything hokey going on.
So, he sent a letter to Pompeo to get a readout of the calls to see what he can find out.
Graham stated, “I want to know are there any transcripts or readouts of the phone calls between the vice president and the president of Ukraine in February [2016] after the raid on the gas company president’s house.
“After this raid, Hunter Biden kicks in. Hunter Biden’s business partner meets with [then-Secretary of State] John Kerry, and Vice President Biden on three occasions makes a phone call to the president of Ukraine and goes over there in March and they fire the guy, and this is the same man that the ambassador wanted investigated in 2015.”

This was not the only bombshell Graham dropped during the day.
He also gave a hard date for the release of the IG report as December 9, but details about the report are already leaking out.
From what I have seen so far, a former attorney for the FBI altered some of the documentation to secure surveillance on Carter Page, a former Trump campaign adviser.
The report claimed this did not alter the legality of the warrant in question, but it did change the overall meaning of the document.
Whether or not this was the reason the investigation by U.S. Attorney Durham has been turned into a criminal matter is not clear, however.
