Presidential candidate and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio made an epic mistake on the campaign trail that just proves these Democrats are both pandering and clueless.
The new in-thing to do on the campaign trail is talking in Spanish.
Unfortunately for de Blasio, the Spanish slogan he used belonged to a notorious executioner, Che Guevara, during the Fidel Castro regime in Cuba.
Big Oops
If you watched the first night of the Democrat debate, you saw the big power move to pander to illegal immigrants was speaking Spanish during the debate.
It is estimated that close to 20 percent of today’s households in the United States speak Spanish.
However, there are 80 percent that don’t and feel completely alienated when this happens.
Mayor de Blasio is fairly fluent in Spanish, but he clearly needs a history lesson.
When he screamed out “Hasta la Victoria Siempre” in Miami on Thursday, Cubans let out a gasp that could be heard around the country.

That exact slogan was the same exact slogan used by Che Guevara, Castro’s hit man during his time in power.
Guevara the Executioner
Che Guevara built his legacy on brutality.
He first earned his reputation for assassinating defectors on spot.
During the guerilla years of Castro, Guevara would hold summary executions of individuals believed to have spied or informed against Castro.
He was once described as having a “remarkable detachment to violence.”
It is estimated that somewhere between 156 and 550 were executed directly by Che Guevara’s hand or by his direct orders.
Needless to say, he is not someone whose rallying cry should be used by a politician in the United States.
The fact someone in de Blasio’s camp did not take the time to look up the phrase, knowing he was going to use it to pander to the Hispanic and Cuban communities in Florida is astonishing.
What is even more astonishing is the fact only alternative media outlets are calling him out for this.
Trump used “Make America Great Again,” words that were uttered by Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton, and he was called a racist.
Bill de Blasio used a known rally cry for a notorious murdering communist, and all we hear are crickets.
Tell me again how the mainstream media is not biased.
