In August, Democrats raged that officers overreacted in shooting Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris slammed local police, even though it was evident very early on that Blake had a weapon.
Now that the case has been fully investigated, the Kenosha DA has decided NOT to press charges, saying officers acted appropriately within their guidelines.
The National Guard has already been put on alert in the area to put down any possible riots that may surface over the decision.
