As suspected, there are Democrats that want to see the entire Trump family, as well as Trump’s connections, be held liable for the Capitol riot.
New York Attorney General Letitia James has demanded a full investigation to pinpoint the role of people like Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump Jr. played in the riot at the Capitol building earlier this week.
James stated, “The president swore an oath to protect this nation against all enemies, foreign or domestic, but this week he led an attack on the greatest symbol of our democratic republic.
“Not since foreign invaders attacked the Capitol more than 200 years ago has Washington, DC been attacked.”
This does not appear to be just a publicity stunt, either, as political elites seem ready to purge the system from any hope of seeing a Trump in office in the future.
I would suspect a full assault against anyone associated with Trump, especially those that appeared at that rally.
