NY Restaurant Owner Has Enough… Declares Autonomous Zone

The owners of Mac’s Public House in New York has had about all he can take from Governor Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio.

With new restrictions in place on restaurants and bars amid the most recent COVID-19 surge, Mac’s has decided to defy the city, even though the liquor license has been suspended and fines are starting to pile up.

Co-owner Danny Presti stated, “At this point, we’re OK with it, because we’re not paying it.

“[The Sheriff’s Department] is issuing us $1,000 fines, so they keep coming back.

“We’re still here. We’re not letting them in.”

To get around the order, the bar stayed open and was giving away drinks to its patrons to expose a loophole in the executive order.

The owner has now also declared the bar to be an autonomous zone, flipping the script on tacticts leftists have used in this country…

One customer came in and ordered a glass of water, than left $100 tip to show his support.

Keith Atherholf stated, “I totally support what he is doing.

“I don’t support the tyrannical nonsense they have in place.

“I gave them $100 for this water. They didn’t charge me. I gave it to support them.”
