The long wait is over as to the future of Sarah Huckabee Sanders’ political future.
Earlier today, Sanders announced that she is launching her campaign to run in the Arkansas gubernatorial race.
In her launch video, Sanders, in part, stated, “As governor, I will defend your right to be free of socialism and tyranny.
“Our state needs a leader with the courage to do what’s right, not what’s politically correct or convenient.”

As most of you know, Sanders’ father served as Arkansas Governor from 1996 to 2007.
The former governor was predictably delighted that his daughter is hoping to follow in his footsteps.

Sanders will enjoy the support of Trump and his army of followers, as it was Trump that first suggested to Sanders that she run, even openly touting her possible candidacy on his own campaign trail.
