Schiff Cuts Off Republicans Before They Could Reveal Concerns About Lt. Col. Vindman

The big witness for Democrats today was supposed to be Lt. Col. Vindman.

From what I could see, Vindman was more or less a bust for Democrats.

He came off as nervous as best as well as someone that seems to hold his role in our government far higher than it actually is.

This was something Republicans exploited during the hearing, but there was one thing Republicans could not discuss, but only because Schiff blocked them from doing so.

Well, Schiff does not have control over this publication, so this is what I wanted to highlight today.

Morrison Had Concerns

While Vindman made it sound as though his opinion in Ukraine was the only opinion that mattered, in his world, he is more or less mid-level manager.

Vindman reports to Tim Morrison, whose closed-door testimony raised some very valid concerns.

To set the table, today, Vindman testified that after he raised his concerns, he believes there was a bit of a vendetta against him because he started to get shut out of meetings he believes he should have been party to.

That, however, was not the case per Morrison.

Morrison believed that he used poor judgment in who he discussed events with…

Through today’s hearing, we know Morrison’s concern was legitimate.

Vindman stated today that he had discussed some of these matters with his brother.

He also circumvented the chain of command to go around Morrison.

Nobody is insulting Vindman’s record as a soldier, only his judgment as a diplomat.

While his service record on the field of battle is well-respected and appreciated, contrary to what Democrats would like us all to believe, that duty has nothing at all to do with Vindman’s current role.

In that role, according to Morrison himself, Vindman has been less than stellar, and that is the ONLY part of his record that is relevant to this impeachment hearing.
