In just the last two weeks, the number of illegal immigrant children being held at border facilities has tripled.
There are an estimated 3,250 children now in custody.
This surge has overwhelmed Customs and Border Patrol to the point that it has had to shut down Arizona highway checkpoints to divert staff, a move that is creating significant outrage by Republican Senators at the Biden administration.

When these facts were presented to Press Secretary Jen Psaki, she refused to feed the narrative, stating, “I don’t think we need to sit here and put new labels on what we’ve already conveyed is challenging.”
Somewhere along the line, I remember Joe Biden promising to be transparent as well as admitting when the administration messed up.
I think we can all agree this situation at the border would require Joe Biden to make good on both of those promises right now.
