Top Immunologist Exposes Fake News Report by New York Times

The New York Times, as of late, has become more gossip column that news outlet.

Today, Dr. Fauci, arguably the leading immunologist in the world, stated the New York Times “misconstrued” the facts and he is NOT being muzzled.

The Times Story

On Thursday, the Times reported that everything was going to run through Mike Pence and Dr. Fauci, who is the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, was being muzzled.

Dr. Fauci, if you are not familiar, has served in this role since 1974 and he has worked for the Institute since 1968.

Needless to say, his voice needs to be heard, and it will.

Dr. Fauci was very clear that once Pence was put in charge of the task force, he pulled back and canceled some appearances solely to get the organizational chart in place.

With Pence in charge, he resubmitted for clearance and he was immediately given that clearance to make his appearance to discuss the progress of the coronavirus.

Not the First Time

I don’t know what is going on at the New York Times, but something with its vetting process needs to be immediately changed.

Over the last couple of weeks, the Times has reported several stories that were either blatantly false or that have been “misconstrued.”

Other than this story, the most recent was the misreporting regarding the intelligence briefing given to the House Intelligence Committee.

The problem in both of these cases is that the news impacts the election negatively for Donald Trump.

The bigger problem is that the correction often gets far less coverage than the initial report.

Worse yet, Democrats continue to push the negative narrative even after it has been debunked, so the education of We the People relies on, well, We the People.
