Trump Announces Mass Deportation Plan

If you were not on social media late Monday night, you missed the announcement that sent Democrats and liberals scrambling.

President Trump announced a new program for ICE to begin sweeping up “illegal aliens” to send them back across the border from whence they came…

Send Them Back

While Trump did not offer much insight to the actual plan, reports are starting to surface about which immigrants are going to be targeted.

Administration officials have stated there are more than one million immigrants with deportation orders within the country that still remain at-large.

ICE is set to be targeting those specific individuals to carry out the deportation orders issued by federal judges.

The administration stated, “Countless illegal aliens not only violate our borders but then break the law all over again by skipping their court hearings and absconding from federal proceedings.

“These runaway aliens lodge phony asylum claims only to be no-shows at court and are ordered removed in absentia.

“… These judicial removal orders were secured at great time and expense, and yet illegal aliens not only refuse to appear in court, they often obtain fraudulent identities, collect federal welfare, and illegally work in the United States.

“Enforcing these final judicial orders is a top priority for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”

It also worth noting the specific language used by Trump in that he stated “illegal aliens” rather than immigrants.

Democrats love to leave out the word “illegal” when they speak about immigration, so this appears to be a very measured statement to differentiate between the two by Trump.

The announcement by the administration was also interesting in that it puts Dems in a very interesting pickle.

They are constantly attacking Trump for not obeying subpoenas, yet they want to encourage illegals to disregard a federal deportation order by a judge.

The entire thing is a setup that we expect Dems to fall right into.

Getting Things Rolling

The timing of the announcement just happened to coincide with the kickoff of the 2020 presidential campaign for Trump.

He is scheduled to appear in Florida at an arena that will be filled to capacity with a lot more left standing outside that could not get in.

Early reports literally had people camping out to attend the event at a local arena that seats about 20,000 people.

The setting was more reminiscent of a rock concert than a political rally.

We can expect President Trump to go further into detail on his immigration plan during the rally.

Trump will finally start countering some of the hits he has been taking from Biden and Warren.

It is also probably a safe bet that by the time the next poll results are announced, that massive gap between Trump and the Democrat candidates will have tightened considerably.
