Trump Campaign Completely Disavows MAGA Patriot Party

There has been a lot of speculation in recent days about Trump forming his own party.

The Trump campaign has officially put that rumor to rest.

After the MAGA Patriot Party filed with the FEC claiming it has the support of the Trump campaign, the campaign had no choice but to disavow the new party.

No Patriot Party

The conversation regarding a third party is the same as it always has been… can a third party be legitimate enough to succeed against the two major parties?

History has shown us that is not possible, even with the tens of millions of Trump supporters that would gladly flock to a new third party.

The sad reality is even with Trump’s full support, the only thing a third party would accomplish is giving Democrats more power.

The better route, as I have said all along, is to reshape the party, which is what Trump now seems intent on doing.

On making it clear that the former president has nothing to do with this new party, his campaign stated,  “[The] Patriot Party filed a Form 1… listing DJTFP as a participant in purported joint fundraising activities… DJTFP did not authorize the filing of this Form 1, has not entered into any joint fundraising agreement to fundraise through Patriot Party, and has no knowledge of Patriot Party’s activities whatsoever.

“To be clear: DJTFP has no affiliation with Patriot Party.”

We really don’t need a new party, we just need to rid the Republican party of RINOs and establishment politicians that are only in office for themselves.
