President Trump and his campaign are going all-in with the Supreme Court.
In what can easily be considered a make-or-break stand, the Trump campaign has filed a petition to have three cases previously ruled on in the PA Supreme Court to be reversed.
The cases all revolve around signature verification and election observers.
Campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani stated, “This petition … has national importance, and there is a strong likelihood that the State Supreme Court decision violates the Federal Constitution.”
Trump also sent out a tweet regarding other issues in PA that could possibly impact the election…

The challenge for Trump, however, is to even get the Supreme Court to hear the case.
So far, a court that boasts three of his appointments has refused to hear two election cases already.
