On Thursday night, President Trump held a Town Hall with Fox News.
While the President discussed several very serious issues, such as the coronavirus, he also got to do a little of his schtick that tends to bring the house down when he got a few good shots in against Joe Biden.
Cheating Bernie
Before making his hit against Biden, Trump addressed how the Democrat party is once again trying to cheat Sanders out of a fair shake.
I addressed these issues the other day and Trump more or less made every point I made in a recent article.
Had Warren dropped, we could literally be talking about the end of Biden’s campaign.
She cost Sanders at least two states, possibly three or four.
Now, she is still attacking him in the media, hurting his chances even more.
On this, Trump stated, “Bernie Sanders would have won five, six, seven states.
“When you look at it, she did him no favors.
“That was not a good friendship.
“We started to see that during the debates, by the way. It became unhinged.”
About Joe Biden
I have little doubt that once Joe Biden is forced to step up his campaign schedule even more, his gaffes are going to get worse.
Joe Biden has been forgetting his location, what office he is running for, and he even mixed up his wife and sister during his victory speech on Tuesday night.
Trump thinks that is going to create a problem for Biden, but he also believes the impeachment effort against Trump actually “damaged” Joe Biden more because Hunter Biden was thrust into the limelight.
On Hunter, Trump stated, “They aimed at Trump and they took Biden down.”
“Here’s a guy, who didn’t have a job, unfortunately sadly the military was a very sad experience for him — he goes out and gets $3 million plus $183,000 a month to be a board member of a company that a lot of people said was corrupt. (From what we have seen so far, Hunter actually received anywhere from $50,000 to $83,000 per month.)
“Just as bad, China — I just made a great China deal … His son walks out of China for a billion-and-a-half dollars for a fund.”
Overall, the Town Hall was a great showing for Trump.
Anyone that watched it got to see all sides of Trump, which is exactly what he needs at this point.
