The politicization of our judiciary has never been more evident than it is today.
Earlier in the week, a PA lower court judge made a ruling that halted the certification of the election results.
She also noted in her ruling that the Trump campaign was likely to win its suit based on the merits of the case.
The PA Supreme Court, however, ruled that none of that mattered because it deemed the campaign did not file its lawsuit in a timely manner.
After this, and several other baffling court defeats, Trump decided to air his grievances on Fox News.
Trump stated, “We’re not allowed to put in our proof.
“They say you don’t have standing.
“I would like to file one nice big beautiful lawsuit, talking about this and many other things, with tremendous proof.
“We have affidavits, we have hundreds and hundreds of affidavits.”
Hard to argue with anything he says because, in my opinion, it seems as though the courts fear what may be found out, so they are just preventing these cases from ever seeing the light of day.
