Trump Reveals Soleimani Plans for Attacking 4 Embassies as the ‘Imminent’ Threat

On Friday, President Trump sat down with Laura Ingraham for what was one of the more explosive interviews of his term in office.

One of the topics discussed was the imminent threat that led to the strike against Iranian General Soleimani that has upset Democrats so much.

Trump revealed that there were more than likely four embassies that had been targeted by Soleimani, with the Baghdad embassy more than likely at the top of that list.

Imminent Plans

President Trump obviously cannot reveal specifics for fear of revealing intelligence sources, but he did say, “I can reveal that I believe it probably would’ve been four embassies.”

He further stated, “They were looking to blow up our embassy.”

Mike Pompeo had uttered similar words earlier in the day when reporters were grilling him over the imminent threat faced.

He stated, “We had specific information on an imminent threat and that threat stream included attacks on U.S. embassies. Period. Full stop.

When he was asked to specifically define imminent, he stated, “It was going to happen.”

More in the Interview…

This was a great interview in that Laura Ingraham, who is deeply conservative and a big Trump supporter, also held Trump accountable for some platform issues that do not necessarily go along with his promises to Americans when he ran.

At the top of that list was welcoming tech immigrants to fill top positions at companies.

Trump did run on putting Americans back to work, but the President stated overseas companies want to come here but they claim they don’t have enough tech workers to fill the spots needed when they open their doors.

Ingraham called Trump out on importing help and stated that these companies should be looking to hire our college students for these high-paying positions rather than importing labor that will cost them less money.

Trump stood behind his decision, stating there are going to be enough jobs for those students, but we simply do not have enough workers right now to fill the void.

To say the least, Ingraham was not impressed with his answer.

They also touched on the impeachment and delay of the articles of impeachment.

Trump stated he may invoke executive privilege for security reasons on some witnesses, but also stated he would love them to testify, but he cannot have national security policy being revealed in the public.

On the delay of the articles, he stated, “I think it’s ridiculous.

“She should have sent them a long time ago.

“It just belittles the process … Nancy Pelosi will go down as the least successful speaker of the House in the history of our nation.

“She has done nothing.”
