Trump Rips Pelosi, Clarifies ‘Foreign Dirt’ Statement

On his birthday, President Trump decided to settle a couple of scores.

First up, he absolutely shredded Nancy Pelosi, who by the way, promised not to speak about the President any more but still seems to start every day off with a fiery quote about him.

In response to Pelosi calling Trump unethical, among other insults, Trump stated, “I’ll go with Mark Levin said, because no one could say it better.

“It’s a fascist statement, it’s a disgraceful statement.

“I call her nervous Nancy, she’s a nervous wreck and for her to make a statement like that is outrageous.”

Foreign Information

Trump also sought to set the record straight regarding his comments about being willing to listen to foreign governments providing information.

Trump had stated earlier that when the question was asked, he assumed he was being asked about other foreign leaders.

He further stated, whether we want to believe it or not, this type of thing is happening within the government every day.

Our politicians are constantly contacted about opposition research, and it is not always coming from U.S. sources or even solicited, just someone that believes this particular politician suits their personal agenda.

He then said something we hinted at yesterday, in that he was setting up an attack on the Democrats and Hillary Clinton for the Steele dossier.

Trump stated, “That’s the criminal.

“When you look at what happened in terms of the spying, she never mentions that.

“I really think people are wise to it.

“But when Nancy Pelosi makes a statement like that, she ought to be ashamed of herself, it’s a disgrace.

“The big thing is they spied on my campaign.

“It’s probably one of the great criminal acts of all time.”

Trump has also caught some heat by party members over his comments, including Lindsey Graham, so this narrative is not likely to go away anytime soon.

To get past it, Trump is going to have to start comparing the two rather than just firing back shots.

He needs to specifically challenge Democrats that if they are that outraged by his comments, why did they not have the same reaction to Hillary and the DNC paying for the Steele dossier.

If he continues his current path, he is only going to dig himself a deeper hole.

He must get focused and hammer the fact the Democrat party AND Hillary paid for foreign information, yet not a single Democrat showed any outrage or concern over the matter.
