Trump Slams Dems for Iowa Caucus Debacle

Iowa officially kicked off the 2020 presidential election last night and did so in all the wrong ways.

After implementing a new reporting system, coding issues prevented the results from being transmitted properly, leaving everyone wondering who won the Iowa caucus.

President Trump woke up bright and early to take a shot at the Democrat party, calling the incident an “unmitigated disaster.”

Calling Out Democrats

This is nothing short of a complete disaster for the Democrats.

Everyone was waiting to see who would get out of the gate first, but 24 hours later, we are all still waiting to hear the results.

From the looks of it, Trump called out the Dems for this fiasco before he even had his morning glass of O.J.

The Iowa Democrat Party (IDP) has blamed the issue on a coding mistake.

The IDP stated, “The underlying data and paper trail is sound and will simply take time to further report the results.”

There is now a concern for the validity of the election.

There have been more than a few whispers that the party may have not liked the results it was getting, so they crashed the system purposefully to change the results.

Elizabeth Warren had no problem getting the conspiracy kicked off, stating, “With every passing minute that there is a delay, we worry that the process will lose credibility.”

Who Will Win?

Prior to the caucus, Pete Buttigieg was projected to be the big winner of the day.

His campaign continued to press that narrative, stating, “77 percent of our precinct captains have reported results from their caucuses” and that “from the 77 percent of reported precincts, we’re performing 8 points better than our projections.”

That, however, did not stop virtually every candidate sending out a message of victory as they all prepared to move on to New Hampshire.

Sanders’ camp claimed they had a narrow lead and Joe Biden stated, “We’re gonna walk out of here with our share of delegates.

“We don’t know exactly what it is yet, but we feel good about where we are.”

If Joe Biden is declared the overall winner, there will probably be a revolt, because pre-caucus polls had him as low as fifth in the race, far behind Buttigieg.

Regardless of how this turns out now, though, the party has given whoever comes out of this as the big loser a reason to cry foul and expect that person to be Warren, as she has been losing a lot of momentum and she was falling dangerously close to the point of not having enough support to walk out of the state with a single delegate.
