Over the last few weeks, anytime Dr. Fauci has been given an opportunity to say something nasty about Trump, he has taken it.
The most recent example being Fauci saying that he “was not surprised” that Trump caught COVID-19.
It was a cheap shot, at best, because we all know plenty of political figures on both sides of the aisle and around the world have caught COVID.
A recent example of that being an outbreak in Kamala Harris’ camp, but Fauci did not dare say anything about that.
So, Trump decided to say what most of us are thinking right now… that people are getting “tired” of hearing Fauci.
For the record, I am in no way taking about from Fauci’s expertise, but merely pointing out that he seems to have allowed politics to seep into what he has been saying as of late.
Trump, in discussing Fauci, stated, “People are tired of hearing Fauci and all these idiots, these people.
“Fauci, he’s a nice guy, he’s been here for 500 years.”
Trump also had a little fun with Fauci regarding his first pitch…
…P.S. Tony should stop wearing the Washington Nationals’ Mask for two reasons. Number one, it is not up to the high standards that he should be exposing. Number two, it keeps reminding me that Tony threw out perhaps the worst first pitch in the history of Baseball!

It will be really interesting to see how the public and media react to this because we would expect they will not think those comments are quite as funny as Trump does.
