Bill Maher’ show is a safe zone for Democrats, usually.
For a few minutes, Maher actually did some real journalism, telling Schiff, “But this was our big gun. Now it just looks like you’re stalking him.”
Putting Schiff on the Spot
While Maher’s brutal honesty was short-lived, it was nice to see him make Rep. Schiff (D-CA), who is also the current House Intelligence Chairman, squirm a little bit with an honest statement.
Maher was discussing the Mueller report and how it failed to prove there was any collusion.
As both he and we have stated many times, Democrats were hanging their hats on collusion and now that it has been proven to have not happened, why are Democrats still pursuing the collusion and obstruction angles.

Believe me, Maher putting Schiff on the spot and being honest without a hard-left view was very brief, but it sure was enjoyable to see that deer-in-the-headlights look on Schiff’s face again.
By the end of the interview, Maher was doing his usual sucking up to Dems in power and even encouraged Schiff to run for president.
America Has Had Enough
One other point that Maher made during the interview that most will agree upon is that most of America has simply had enough of this.
Democrats are wasting time and our money launching a slew of investigations against Trump to what end?
They just want to prove they were right about Trump… about anything.
The bulk of America is sick and tired of hearing about collusion and we just want to put this behind us and allow the country to move forward.
Of course, that cannot and will not happen if the administration is bogged down in investigations.
But that is the point…
Democrats don’t want the administration to move forward because Republicans would get credit for it.
Any success by this administration brings Republicans one step closer to taking back the House and keeping the White House in 2020.
Their stance is more like an argument between two children than what we would expect from elected representatives in our government.
It is time for this Democrat abusive and petulant behavior to stop, but unfortunately, the only way that is actually going to happen is if We the People vote them out of office come November 2020.
