The last couple of weeks have been a disaster for Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden.
First, he re-energized the “Creepy Uncle Joe” narrative by draping himself around a 10-year-old girl, then he plagiarized his climate proposal, and now Biden was caught in a stone-cold lie on the campaign trial walking, back his promise in South Carolina to abolish the Hyde Amendment.
The Hyde Amendment
For those of you that are not familiar with this legislation, the Hyde Amendment was one of the first pro-life pieces of legislation passed after Roe v. Wade.
In short, the Hyde Amendment only allows government funding to be used for abortions as a direct result of rape, incest, or when the mother’s life is in danger.
Up until early May, Joe Biden had been a staunch supporter of the amendment.
In fact, up until May, Biden had always been considered one of the more middle-of-the-road Democrats on this issue.
Biden previously stated, “I will continue to abide by the same principle that has guided me throughout my 21 years in the Senate: those of us who are opposed to abortion should not be compelled to pay for them.
“As you may know, I have consistently – on no fewer than 50 occasions – voted against federal funding of abortions.”
He echoes those same sentiments in his 2007 book, “Promises to Keep.”
Lyin’ Joe Biden
In early May, right after he announced, Biden was on the campaign trail in South Carolina when a woman confronted Biden on the Hyde Amendment.

When word of Biden flip-flopping on the Hyde Amendment circulated, he was slammed by pro-life Democrats.
However, it appears as though Biden was only saying what the voter wanted to hear to pacify her and avoid confrontation.
When Biden’s office was contacted to verify he now wants to appeal the Hyde Amendment, his office stated he is still in favor of the Hyde Amendment.
Per ABC News, his campaign stated, “He [Biden] has not at this point changed his position on the Hyde Amendment.
“The Hyde Amendment does not prevent organizations in the US that provide lifesaving health care services for women from receiving the federal funding they need.
“But given the current draconian attempts to limit access to abortion, if avenues for women to access their protected rights under Roe v. Wade are closed, he would be open to repeal.”
That, however, is not what Biden stated when the woman approached him in South Carolina.
He clearly stated he was in favor of abolishing the Hyde Amendment “right now.”
He further stated, “Right now, it can’t stay.”
Biden’s back-walking of his flip-flop put him right back on the radar of pro-life advocates, including several of his fellow Democrat candidates who want the Amendment repealed.
Among those calling him out for yet another flip-flop, or outright lie, was a former Hillary aide, Jess McIntosh.

I have been hammering Biden about his lies and deceit because he is being improperly framed to the people of this country by the media and the Democrat party as some type of savior when, in fact, Biden is an entrenched member of The D.C. Swamp and must be exposed as such.
One surefire way to ensure he is not successful is by passing this information along to everyone to make sure they know who the real Joe Biden is.
The man is a fraud and he proves it virtually every day on this campaign trail.
