Judge Napolitano Unloads on ‘Amoral, Deceptive’ Trump

Fox News legal expert Judge Napolitano is not exactly on board with Attorney General Barr and his conclusions regarding the Mueller report.

Furthermore, Napolitano’s disdain for Trump seems to grow significantly with each passing day.

Napolitano stated, “Depending on how you look at them, there might be enough to prosecute, but the Attorney General had decided it’s not enough to prosecute.

“But it did show a venal, amoral, deceptive Donald Trump, instructing his aides to lie and willing to help them do so.”

Fact or Fiction

The challenge at this point is to try to figure out if the comments made in the report are truth, perception, or revenge.

Mueller is obviously treating them all as fact, as are Democrats, but that may not actually be the case.

We do have to consider the possibility that Trump was going through his options and exploring all possibilities.

We also have to consider the considerable animosity that has been directed at Trump from previous staff members.

Even if we assume the worst possible scenario, we are still talking about things that never actually happened, save the Comey firing.

But There Was No Collusion

It would be great if obstruction charges became irrelevant since there was no collusion, but that is not the case here.

So, we need to look at the instances of possible obstruction individually to make a decision.

Attorney General Barr has done that, and he is far smarter than I regarding the legalities of this case.

His conclusion was that there was not sufficient evidence to pursue obstruction charges.

Believe it or not, what may actually be hurting Trump is the fact the report was so heavily redacted.

It leaves more than a little up to the imagination, and of course Democrats are going to assume the worst.

Something else to consider is the fact several of the people that made the claims against Trump have also previously lied under oath, which really throws a wrench into things.

Ultimately, this comes down to a he said, she said case, and for most people, who is believed is based on that person’s political ideology.

Trump supporters will not be swayed in their support of Trump and anti-Trumpers think he is guilty without even seeing the evidence.

Until we actually see the unredacted report, this battle will surely continue to be a stalemate.
