Trump Attacker Arrested by Secret Service

During a National Rifle Association (NRA) event today, Secret Service officers had to remove someone from the crowd after a failed attack against President Trump.

As Trump was walking up on stage, someone in the audience heaved their cell phone in an unsuccessful attempt to hit the President.

Scary Moment

Of all places, an NRA convention is the last place where you would expect Trump to be attacked.

Just as Trump was arriving on stage, though, someone in the crowd clearly threw their phone towards the stage in an effort to hit President Trump.

Thankfully, his aim was not very good, and the phone appeared to fall to the stage harmlessly.

The Secret Service swarmed in on the alleged culprit and he was removed from the event and taken into custody.

According to reports, the man is now being questioned by Secret Service to see if charges are warranted.

Remember When…

This incident is reminiscent of when then-President George W. Bush had to dodge a shoe thrown at him from an Iraqi journalist.

Just as happened with Trump, the man was taken down immediately and put into custody by the Secret Service.

It just goes to show, though, how dangerous even the tamest of appearances can quickly become.

With the election season starting to ramp up, Secret Service and President Trump are going to have to be aware of the capabilities of these far-left extremists.

ANTIFA had no qualms about getting violent against Trump supporters, but are they crazy enough to actually go after Trump?

Trump’s rallies are where considerable protests and violence occurred in 2016, and it will probably be far worse this time around.

This time, however, the violence may end up making its way to the President instead of just his supporters.

We can only hope Secret Service and local law enforcement are ready to react when that time comes to keep him safe.
